Ephesians 6:10-12 KJV 10 Finally, my , be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: 18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
Ephesians 6:12 is a spiritual law. This is the hierarchy of the Devil system.

- Spiritual Wickedness in High Places What happens in the spirit realm will affect what will happen in the physical world. God is a spirit (St. John 4:24) and his law is spiritual ( Romans 7:14). To have victory in the physical world, we must understand how the spirit realm operates. We must have knowledge and understanding of how to use the word of God effectively in the realm of the spirit. Apostle Paul stated in 2 Corinthians 4:18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. The devil and his demons operate in the spirit realm. Importantly, we MUST understand that we are dealing with spiritual activities and we MUST operate in the spirit. We MUST put on the WHOLE armor of God every day so that we can stand against the wiles of the devil and stand in this evil day. We can only defeat the spiritual with the spiritual, not with the flesh.

We must study and meditate on the word of God daily. We must have a clear understanding of the word of God. We need the Holy Spirit which is the Spirit of Truth to give us the revelation of God’s word. We need to make sure that we are getting God’s wisdom and not the wisdom of man.
1 Corinthians 2:4 And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:
5 That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.
7. But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:
10. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
11For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
14But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man
Hosea 4:6 KJV 6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: G thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. God’s knowledge is KEY to spiritual warfare.
How to prepare to in engage the enemy in spiritual warfare.
1. Make sure your sins are forgiven -1 John 1:9 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
2. Study the word of God– 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
3. Put on the whole armor of God -Ephesians 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
4. Cover yourself with the blood of Jesus Christ-Revelation 12:10-11 KJV And I heard a loud voice saying in Heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the Kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God Day and night. [11] And they overcame him by the Blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Ephesians 2:13 KJV But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the Blood of Christ. Colossians 1:14 KJV In Whom we have redemption through His Blood, even the forgiveness of sins
5. Obedience– 1 Samuel 15:22 And Samuel said, Hath the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.
6. Seek the Kingdom of God and his righteousness– Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
7. Submit to God-James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
8. Knowledge of the wiles of the devil-2 Corinthians 2:11 Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.
9. Endurance– 2 Timothy 2:3 Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
10. Prayer– 1Thessalonians 5:17 Pray without ceasing; Ephesians 6:18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
11. Persistence– Psalms 18:37 I have pursued mine enemies and overtaken them: neither did I turn again till they were consumed.
12. Endurance– 2 Timothy 2:3 Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
13. Separation from the world-2 Timothy 2:4 No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier. Romans 12:1-2 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
14. Hated the enemy THE DEVIL– Job 1:1 There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil.
15. Prayer and Fasting-Isaiah 58: 5-7 Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a day for a man to afflict his soul? is it to bow down his head as a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? wilt thou call this a fast, and an acceptable day to the Lord?
6 Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
7 Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?
