Delenta serves solely as a scheduling, payment, and communication platform. Delenta is not
responsible for the content, delivery, outcomes, or results of coaching services provided. All
coaching services are independently provided by the coach, and any questions or concerns
regarding sessions should be directed to the coach directly.
Session Scheduling
All coaching sessions must be scheduled through Delenta. Sessions are reserved exclusively for
the client at the time selected and are held intentionally to ensure a focused and supportive
experience.

By purchasing, booking, or participating in any coaching services provided by Sherry Roper (Stalking Jesus There is No Restraining Order, LLC), including but not limited to the Purpose Alignment Intensive, Clarity + Strategy Intensive, mentorship programs, digital products, or group programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Nature of Coaching Services
All services provided are faith-based coaching, educational, and strategic consulting in nature.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, financial advising, or crisis support.
No licensed counseling or clinical services are provided.
No medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice is provided.
Clients are responsible for seeking licensed professionals where appropriate.
If you need medical, psychological, legal, or financial assistance, you agree to seek a licensed professional in that field.
- Personal Responsibility and Results Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
- Coaching clarity and strategy, not guaranteed outcomes, not guaranteed outcomes.
- Implementation and follow-through are your responsibility.
- Results vary based on individual effort, application, circumstances, and consistency.
- No income, life outcome, or specific result is promised or guaranteed.
Your progress depends on your commitment, circumstances, and execution.
All services and materials are intended for educational and informational purposes only.
- Payment and Fees Policy
- All sessions must be paid in full prior to scheduling unless otherwise agreed..
- All single-session purchases are non-refundable once the session has occurred.
- For multi-session or mentorship programs, payment plans must be completed according to the agreement.
- Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.
- Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
- Sessions may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable..
- Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.
- Repeated rescheduling may result in termination of services.
Late Arrival & No-Show Policy
If you arrive later than one-third (1/3) of the scheduled session, the session will be marked as a
no-show and must be rescheduled. No refunds are issued for late arrivals or no-shows.
Examples:
• 15-minute session → 5 minutes late
• 20-minute session → 7 minutes late
• 30-minute session → 10 minutes late
• 45-minute session → 15 minutes late
• 60-minute session → 20 minutes late
• 90-minute session → 30 minutes late

Refund Policy
All coaching sessions are non-refundable. This includes late arrivals, no-shows, and cancellations outside the required notice period. “Your payment reserves dedicated time, preparation, and professional availability.”
Coach Availability & Time Boundaries
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend the session beyond the
original end time.
- Confidentiality
All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless:
- Disclosure is required by law
- There is a reasonable belief of risk of harm to yourself or others
Session notes and internal documentation remain the property of Sherry Roper (Stalking Jesus There is No Restraining Order, LLC).
Emotional & Mental Health & Crisis Disclaimer
Coaching is not crisis support.
Coaching services are designed for emotionally stable individuals seeking clarity and structured transition.
Coaching is not proper for individuals in psychological crisis.
If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, suicidal ideation, or a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services or a licensed mental health professional immediately.
- Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, guides, and documents provided — including but not limited to:
Digital downloads, recordings, and proprietary content — including The Alignment Triad™ and related materials, workbooks, PDF, plans, and sessions — are the intellectual property of Sherry Roper (Stalking Jesus There is No Restraining Order, LLC).
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or repurpose these materials without written permission.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless (Stalking Jesus There is No Restraining Order, LLC) from any liability, damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation in coaching services.
You assume full responsibility for your decisions and actions following sessions.
- Termination of Services Services may be terminated if:
- The client is repeatedly non-compliant with policies
- Client behavior becomes inappropriate or unsafe
- Coaching is determined to be outside the appropriate scope of service
- The client requires therapeutic or clinical intervention beyond coaching scope
- Terms are repeatedly violated
Unused sessions may be refunded at the sole discretion of the coach.
- Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, booking, or participating in coaching services, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
- You voluntarily agree to all terms stated above.
- You are voluntarily engaging in coaching services
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these services:
- Both parties agree to attempt good faith resolution through written communication.
- If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Ohio.
- Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise required by law.
Non-Disparagement Clause
Client agrees not to make any false, misleading, or disparaging statements about Sherry Roper, her brand Stalking Jesus There is No Restraining Order, LLC, programs, or services.
Constructive feedback is always welcome and may be submitted privately.
This clause survives termination of services.
